Hot Spiced Beets

Serves 2

1 (234g.) can Sliced Beets, drained
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. butter
1/8 tsp. caraway seed
1/8 tsp. minced onion
1/8 tsp. oregano

Combine all ingredients, except beets in saucepan and boil until liquid is reduced to half. Add beets and simmer 1 minute to blend flavors.
